Eligibility & Potential Fees

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you received all items in the same order. Ensure your return package is mailed within 14 days from the date we provided return instructions.

All items must be unworn, in the original condition with packaging, tags attached, and intact hygiene stickers (if any). Altered or washed items do not qualify for a refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, except for quality issues or order problems; return shipping costs are not covered unless related to quality or order issues.

Initiate a return by emailing support@nzuotslu.com, stating the reason. We'll respond within 6 hours with detailed return instructions. Note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

How to Ship the Item(s) Back?

Contact us to initiate a return request, and we'll provide detailed return instructions within 6 hours. Generally, pack items in original packaging, include a slip with the order number, and use a shipping method with a tracking number. Share the tracking number, and we'll follow up upon receiving the package.

Where is My Refund?

After processing your return request and receiving the item(s), expect a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
