• There maybe 1-2 cm deviation in different sizes, locations and stretch of fabrics. Size chart is for reference only, there may be a little difference with what you get.
• There are 3 kinds of elasticity: High Elasticity (two-sided stretched), Medium Elasticity (one-sided stretched) and Nonelastic (can not stretched ).
• Color may be lighter or darker due to the different PC display.
• Wash it by hand in 30-degree water, hang to dry in shade, prohibit bleaching.
• There maybe a slightly difference on detail and pattern.

Eligibility & Potential Fees

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you received all items in the same order. Ensure your return package is mailed within 14 days from the date we provided return instructions.

All items must be unworn, in the original condition with packaging, tags attached, and intact hygiene stickers (if any). Altered or washed items do not qualify for a refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, except for quality issues or order problems; return shipping costs are not covered unless related to quality or order issues.

How to Start a Return?

Initiate a return by emailing support@nzuotslu.com, stating the reason. We'll respond within 6 hours with detailed return instructions. Note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

How to Ship the Item(s) Back?

Contact us to initiate a return request, and we'll provide detailed return instructions within 6 hours. Generally, pack items in original packaging, include a slip with the order number, and use a shipping method with a tracking number. Share the tracking number, and we'll follow up upon receiving the package.

Where is My Refund?

After processing your return request and receiving the item(s), expect a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Email support@nzuotslu.com to initiate an exchange request. Detailed instructions will be provided within 24 hours.

Not Accepted for Return?

1. Swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies.
2. Items with a broken hygiene seal.
3. Final Sale items.
4. Made-to-order items, custom-made items.
5. Other non-returnable items: swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, and pet supplies.

Additional Important Information:

• Expedited shipping time isn't guaranteed during holidays due to courier constraints.
• Do not send returns to the sender's address on the package; use the address on the shipping label.
• Ensure non-nzuotslu items aren't accidentally included in return packages.
• Express shipping fees aren't refundable for personal reasons.
• No refunds for holiday-related items due to late arrival, shipping times beyond our control.
• Warehouses worldwide may result in varied shipping origins; shipping times can't be guaranteed.
• Request order cancellation promptly; post-shipment cancellations aren't possible.
• Size is based on US standards; sizes may vary by color due to production locations, but they're converted to US size. This isn't grounds for a free return or refund.

Packaging

In our effort to be eco-friendly, multiple items may be packed together, potentially causing a slightly longer processing time, especially for orders exceeding 5 items.

Restrictions

Ensure your nominated shipping address includes specific details such as unit number, street number, building number, etc., to avoid delivery issues. We're not liable for failed delivery due to customer negligence (e.g., providing incorrect information).

For some regions (including U.S. island territories), you may need to pick up the package from your local postal office, leading to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

Customs Duties

Shipments are delivered duty unpaid. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties upon reaching the destination country, especially for Express shipping.

Customers bear full liability for return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Customs regulations prevent declaring items as gifts or understating product prices.

Additional Information

1. Express Shipping is unavailable for P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with aforementioned European countries). Customers may face higher customs duties compared to flat-rate shipping.

2. Shipping Time excludes a 1-5 day processing period from the order date. Pre-order items may have a longer wait due to uncertain manufacturer schedules.

3. Report any shipping issues within 90 days of order placement by contacting Customer Support.
